A few months ago, I found myself scrolling through provider groups filled with burnout, frustration, and feeling stuck. And it hit me… even surrounded by other clinicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners are still doing this work alone.
Because it’s not just the work.
It’s the emotional weight, the constant decision-making, the career uncertainty… and trying to figure out our own finances on top of it all. That quiet pressure of holding everything together by yourself.
Something had to change.

I wasn’t looking for more noise.
I was looking for a space where psychiatric nurse practitioners could:
