Product Service Terms for The NP Collaborative

Product Overview: The NP Collaborative offers a private community designed to provide psychiatric nurse practitioners with connection, professional growth, and practical support. The product includes access to community forums , a resource library , and other features as specified by the member's chosen subscription tier (The Collaborative Circle or The Growth Circle).

Payment Terms: Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at checkout.

Members are responsible for all subscription fees until cancellation. The NP Collaborative reserves the right to change the fees for future billing cycles with reasonable prior notice.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Members may cancel their subscription at any time. To cancel, please notify us via email at [email protected] or manage your subscription through your account portal. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle (monthly or annual). All payments are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be provided for partially used billing periods.

Access to Product Materials: Members will have active access to all community forums, resources, and features corresponding to their purchased tier for as long as their subscription remains active and in good standing. If a member cancels their subscription, access will be revoked at the end of the final paid billing period. The NP Collaborative reserves the right to update, add, or remove content and features at any time.

Use of Tools and Resources: Members may use the tools and resources (e.g., templates, checklists, guides) provided in the product for their own professional psychiatric NP practice. These tools may be provided to clients with either The NP Collaborative branding or the member's own branding. Redistribution or resale of product materials to third parties is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability: The NP Collaborative shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of business, income, or profits, arising from the use of this product or the materials provided therein. The NP Collaborative will not be responsible for the outcomes or success of members’ clients using the knowledge, tools, or methods derived from the product.

Limitation of Warranties: The NP Collaborative makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or applicability of the product materials for any specific outcome. The product is provided "as is," without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Members are responsible for applying the information appropriately within their professional practice and clinical scope.

Indemnification: Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless The NP Collaborative, its affiliates, and staff from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from actions taken based on the information provided in The NP Collaborative.

Support and Communication: The NP Collaborative will provide email support for technical issues related to product access. Questions regarding product content should be directed to Nakeetsha Dryer at [email protected] or posted in the appropriate community forum.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Alabama where The NP Collaborative is headquartered. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of this jurisdiction.
